Repairing Huawei U8650 / U8651


  • Connect Battery and USB Cable
  • Download DLL File "Huawei_U8650.dll" | "Huawei_U8651.dll"
  • Place in phones folder
  • Start ORT Plus Latest Version
    Go to Easy Mode
    Select Model
    Click Repair
    Tick Unlock if you want to unlock your phone
    Your Phone is succesfully repaired and unlocked
