How to fix: Dongle is blocked Empty

Dear Friends,

Problem: Dongle is Blocked
Reason: It may be a result of software (or drivers) conflicts or other issue.

- Run DongleManager 
- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see Error message and Error Code

Error Code #57:
1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
3. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin 
4. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
4.1. Confirm that 1. and 2. done
4.2. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
4.3. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file. If you can not find a file do not attach it.


Error Code #62:
1. Check and clean your PC for viruses
2. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
3. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
3.1. Confirm that 1. done
3.2. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
3.3. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file. If you can not find a file do not attach it.


Other Error Code:
1. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
2. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information:
2.1. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info
2.2. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file. If you can not find a file do not attach it.


- DO NOT send us screenshots but only text with explanation and Box/Dongle details are required !

- DO NOT update Box/Dongle with DongleManager without supporter confirmation otherwise Box/Dongle will be locked for a several days after 3 useless tries !
